Everything was really good, so were stunningly beautiful views over the bay. The location was convenient, very close to the lovely attached cafe, the South Prom Brew Bar and both the restaurant and the cafe, in a beautiful area.

No reason to complain, the venue met every demand. Thoroughly enjoyed this harbour view hotel: well presented food and welcoming staff. The breakfast was delicious and gorgeous as expected. The location couldn't be more marvellous and stunning right beside the harbour. And it was also adjacent to main attractions, a very pleasant cafe and the restaurant which was up to the usual high standard.

The hotel was short walk to the adjoining cafe, sea and the restaurant which was up to the usual high standard, good food & fine wine thanks to its stunning location. Also, it was around 4-6 minutes' walk from Rock Pool and other tourist spots.

Good prices, everything exceeded all expectations. I had 1 night in Newcastle, spending the time here lovely. Liked the location in the lovely attached cafe. I was happy to find Toscano Pizzeria, it was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel and served nice food. The staff were affable and amicable hole time of my stay. The breakfast was delicious and lovely with view of the bay, good options plus black pudding and had something for everyone.

Everything was excellent overall. The most amicable and pleasant staff I ever met. The breakfast was delicious with perfectly cooked poached eggs, the best I had in Newcastle. Overall the service was exceptional! It was nice to get ironing free of charge too. The location was marvellous for my stay, 100 metres from Rock Pool. And the area was lovely, close to cafe, the restaurant and the pub. I spent here 1 great day and would return here.
